On 10/29/07 we received unanimous Planning Commission approval for the next 2 buildings! Both condominium buildings have now received all needed city approvals. The “footprint” of the building is now set and we are designing the interior common areas, amenities, and floor plans. Olin Crossings Phase II had a great meeting with the Nokomis East Neighborhood Association and the project was well received. On October 29th the Development team will present to the City Planning Commission. Stay tuned for additional updates!
