Here are the steps you should take in buying a home at Olin Crossings.
Meet with a sales associate to review information
about Olin Crossings
Select a unit and sign a reservation agreement
with a $2,500 refundable deposit.
Sign a purchase agreement within 10 days with
an additional $2,500 deposit (Note: All money deposited by buyer
prior to closing will go towards buyer's down payment and/or closing
costs in the form of earnest money.)
Review and accept condominium documents and
disclosures.
Obtain a pre-approval letter from a mortgage
company within 30 days.
Meet with our interior designer and make selections
for any upgrades.
Sign "upgrade" addendum reflecting
your base price plus upgrades.
Pre-closing walk-through with the builder.
Closing of your new home!
Receive a warranty book and homeowner information
package from our builder, Frana Companies..
Note: Agents
representing clients must be present on initial visit to qualify
for compensation.
